Adding another heavyweight partner! On October 31, the organizing committee signed a strategic partnership agreement with Huawei New Zealand. Huawei New Zealand will join with a formidable lineup at the inaugural New Zealand-China Commodity Expo scheduled for December 14-16. This marks another significant achievement following the strategic agreements signed on October 18 between the New Zealand-China Commodity Expo Organizing Committee and over 10 Chinese branches in New Zealand and local large enterprises!

On the same afternoon, the delegation from the New Zealand-China Commodity Expo Organizing Committee visited the headquarters of Huawei New Zealand in Auckland CBD. They had a friendly exchange with Hu Jun, General Manager of Huawei New Zealand, and other leaders. Committee Executive Chairman Wang Jiazheng introduced the strategic positioning and current preparations for the New Zealand-China Commodity Expo. As the first national comprehensive exhibition held in New Zealand with China as the host country, the expo will serve as a platform to broaden economic and trade cooperation between New Zealand and China.

Hu Jun, the General Manager, fully endorsed this initiative, expressing that Huawei New Zealand will actively participate in the expo. They aim to showcase Huawei’s presence in New Zealand, provide high-tech products and services to the local community, and contribute to the welfare of the people. In a pleasant atmosphere, the two parties signed a strategic partnership agreement, reaching a consensus on mutual support, deep involvement, and collaborative growth.

When it comes to Chinese brands making a global impact, Huawei undoubtedly stands out as one of the most influential enterprises. Since its entry into New Zealand in 2005, Huawei has brought the latest network technology to the country, providing quality network infrastructure to local companies such as 2degrees, Spark, Vodafone, Chorus, while actively engaging in consumer-centric mobile business. Both in terms of technology and services, Huawei enjoys a good market reputation and recognition in New Zealand. According to third-party statistics, Huawei’s awareness in New Zealand has exceeded 70%.
